Quentin was very nice and professional but... having the opportunity to think overnight about my appointment I am not happy at all. My original diagnostic appointment was scheduled specifically to locate a transmission leak. Quentin came to look at my car and told me that I had another type of leak instead. He also suggested that some or all of the cost of my diagnostic visit would be credited to the work I had scheduled for the following day. He arrived promptly the next day and work for two hours fixing the problem he diagnosed - instead of the original issue of a transmission leak. Just before he was leaving he said something like, "Oh yeah, you do have a transmission leak too. I just don't know if we fix that." Well, that was the original reason for my scheduled visit. If MyMechanic was not able to provide this service then why was an appointment scheduled? Also, since a transmission leak was the original reason for my scheduled appointment - and that was indeed the issue - then why wasn't that situation addressed? Also, no part of the original amount charged for the diagnostic appointment was credited to the work done. Now I am left with my original problem unaddressed and I've spent about $250 to be in this position. I am not happy and will not recommend MyMechanic to anyone.
