Attila performed his job with the utmost passion and precision! His personality is inviting and he thoroughly explained the processes as well as his recommendations on all work required and not required. I will undoubtedly book him for future work.

The service job requested was the following: 1) Replace wheel hub bearing 2) Replace both rear struts. The wheel hub bearing was successfully replaced. But Attila was not able to remove one seized rear strut. For a 16 year mechanic, he was not prepared to remove a seized strut which is not uncommon for strut replacements. He should have carried with him a blowtorch (especially for a older 2004 Sonata strut replacement). The website promises that "On the day of the appointment, your mechanic will bring all the tools and parts required to service your car." The website also says that the mechanic will properly dispose of old parts. But he left all the old parts right in my garage. I was also very disappointed that most of the conversation was not about assuring the customer of their safety and consequences of having only one strut replaced I have a fundamental understanding of cars and I knew that having only one strut replaced is detrimental to the health of the car. But he did not communicate and explain the circumstance to me. While the struts were being removed he banged on the dust guard and bent it out of shape (this is common practice). I drove immediately after the matter, and my car was making horrible grinding sounds on both sides. I had to contact him to return and fix this problem. He came back and did a mediocre job at bending the dust guard back with a flathead screwdriver. But even after, there was still bits of grinding. These grinding sounds dissipated over time, probably because that pieces of metal that was bent toward my rotor had grinded smooth through driving (which is not a good thing). I've never left a one star review in my entire life. But this was a bad experience.
