This review is long overdue, with all that's going on I hadn't made time to submit Andy's well deserved review! Andy has worked on my car twice now, I'm pleased with his work. Also, nowadays interactions with people aren't as warm and pleasant as they once were. Andy is decent, respectful and kind it's refreshing. If and when I need repairs I'll definitely be using this service once again. Hopefully our schedules continue to line up, he's my go to, my mechanic.

ANDREW did a fantastic job of fixing the hole in my brake line. When he removed my wheel & was able to get a better look at my brakes, he adjusted his diagnosis and repair plan actually saving me from spending my money on unnecessary maintenance/repair costs. As a single mother & a teacher who lives paycheck to paycheck, I appreciated his honesty. I feel like I can trust that he is a good mechanic & human being with integrity. I am thankful for Andrew & this service. I was able to avoid having to tow my vehicle, keep it locked in my garage rather than sitting in some car lot.

Today was my 3rd and final time using this service. I had my thermostat replaced, which took an entire week. Only to have my car still overheat today. This time around the entire process was a fiasco. I was very understanding when Andy explained the part he was provided wasn't the correct part. He told me he would get the correct part ordered and then return to complete the service, but would keep me updated. He failed to do so. He left my car in an inoperable state after removing parts of my engine, I couldn't get it serviced elsewhere due to that. Day two I called customer service for an update to no avail. They only saw notes of what had taken place. They weren't able to reach Andy, nor was he responding to requests for an update via call or text. This went on the rest of the week. He started 05/25/20 and returned today 06/01. After arriving home from work, I lifted my hood to find the cap on the coolant reservoir was open and the coolant slightly above low. The service details list coolant will be lost during service but replenished, that was not the case here. My air conditioner temperature now feels like my heater! I am super disappointed at how this entire ordeal was handled overall, even after speaking with a supervisor last week. The supervisor insisted I keep in mind they're mobile mechanics and don't have the luxury of a shop. If this company can't equip their mobile mechanics and ensure complete and quality service, it shouldn't present their mobile mechanics as capable, qualified and or certified. This has cost me a lot of time and extra money. The entire reason I went this route was to save both time and money! I need someone to call me immediately regarding this service, or the lack thereof.
