Smooth mechanic and knowledgeable.
Rigo is both thorough and fast -- the appointment included 3 or 4 parts assessments and replacements and he finished in 2 hours. The YM estimate was 5.5 hours. He explained everything thoroughly, and it jibed with my own idea of why the engine was running so rough, and then some. Plus he's a great guy, personable and professional.
