Frank is a knowledgeable mechanic and a veteran of Navy. He performed the job very thoroughly and carefully. In addition, he was friendly and a nice person. With those positive impression, I immediately decided to add another job on top of scheduled repair. He not only completed the job but also double checked several times to ensure it working properly. Excellent job.
