Mark was very nice and did the job faster than I was thinking. He also did some extra checks on my car to make sure it will run well into the future.
Krystal was early to our appointment and started working right away! She was very friendly and offered advice and recommendations to not only what I asked for via YourMechanic.com, but also some in-person questions I had. Definitely would recommend her and would use her again in the future! Thanks Krystal!
II was quoted $58.08 for an oil/filter change. (By "the company") It was only after the mechanic left that I saw that the charge exceeded $80. When I asked why I was texted that synthetic oil had to be used. No one mentioned this up charge to me until after the job was done and the mechanic was gone. D. Pepalis DG, Il
