Friendly, on time, quick, fixed it like nothing!
Alex was here a little early which was a good thing. Replaced battery, checked voltage. Mentioned I could have over charged battery by using my charger which is only used when car isn't driven in winter. Alex was a friendly person, did good work.
Rigoberto found that the reason battery went dead was caused by the positive battery cable was loaded with corrosion. Ordered new cables, will install when parts arrive. Removed battery for me, I'll purchase new battery which Rigoberto will install. He knew exactly what to look for. Would call him again if needed.
Graham arrived on time Sunday morning. Didn't need to install new battery cables. Explained to me that cables were fine, just required a good cleaning around the terminals. Suggested that I use a cable cleaner and sealer to keep cables clean. Installed new battery, car started on first attempt. Graham was friendly & professional. Will use his services again when needed.
Second time Alex has been here. Friendly, on time, explained car problem & able to fix.
