Travis was great! He came early, after calling to confirm that was okay, and worked quickly. He described the issue clearly. Car is back up and running!
Arrived on time, worked quickly, left no mess, performed the service as desired. Invoice showed same parts I would have bought if doing work myself. Would definitely hire again.
Travis was great and good pricing
He arrived a few minutes ahead of the 30 minute window, was very relaxed and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and utilized the phone rep to clarify what warrantee would be included. This was my first time using "My Mechanic", and I was lery... with visions of high pressure sales tactics mid-project, for starters. My first experience was Awesome. Travis clearly knew his stuff and I'm pleased with the work he did.
