Travis went above and beyond considering the rather difficult parameters. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. I would surely hire him again.
Travis arrived even a little early, talked to me, looked over the vehicle, ran some scans, confirmed my wiper arm issue, delivered great news on my heat/air issues (a fuse) and had it all done in such a timely manner that I don't know if I'll ever use a shop again unless he tells me! Great experience and this from a woman that spent 11 years working for a large auto corporation... You can trust this mechanic.
