On time and polite.
Abe was very helpful in defining what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Then did the follow up work to repair what I needed to address the issue with the lack of heat in my vehicle. It was nice to have the heat on this morning to take away the chill of the drive into work! Very courteous and kind.
Claude was very helpful and detailed in his inspection. Very approachable and trustworthy. The whole process was very convenient as I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and every spare moment is going to that. So to have the vehicle evaluated while I was working on something else and I did not have to stop what I was doing to take and pick up my vehicle was priceless. Will definitely use this service again and Claude.
