Great experience with Alan today. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He did a full inspection of the vehicle and gave excellent feedback. Would hire him again in a heart beat.
Mike was able to add new plugs but within a week the engine sounded much worse. He came back to assess. I was charged over $100 to be told it needed valve work my mechanic could not do. That could not have been assessed two weeks earlier? If not then was it somehow related to the repair? At any rate to not be under warranty and to be charged again with no way to fix it was frustrating.
Came 2 hours after scheduled time and then took 2.5 hours to fix the part wanted to do the change the lazy way which took longer and when asked how everything else looked he said idk it was dark which it wouldnt have been if he had arrived on time which was an inconvenience since i needed my car to deliver for my job
