Bryant quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem and also offered advice on some other vehicle related topics which was much appreciated!
Courteous did the job and even offered to take and throw the old parts away.
Very professional. Highly recommended. Chris was on time, explained the work that will be performed. He did not rushed to get break pads and rotors replaced. Chris is very patient and clearly explains the step he will follow. He also provided a report with recommendations. This is the first time I am using YourMechanic and I have to say I am very impressed with the ease of use, pricing and professionalism of mechanic. Thank you again Chris for your service
Very polite, articulate, knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic about his job! Chris does not only showcase a mastery of his incredible skills but his approachable personality is very evident. His ability to go ABCD (Above and Beyond the Call of Duty) without ever losing his cool... is unusual compared to most experts that I know! He treats clients and their vehicles as if they were his own blood relatives or his personal vehicle. For all car repair needs, I will definitely recommend Chris!
