He was friendly and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of them coming to you so you don’t have to leave your home and it’s especially helpful if you only have one car, so you’re not having to sit at an auto repair shop all day.
Daniel serviced my car on Wednesday 4/22/20 and then my car literally broke down on Friday (4/24/20) because my belt broke and my pulleys were done for. Daniel is supposed to do a 50 point inspection each time he services my car and he failed to do so. It makes me wonder what else he is failing to do. There’s no explanation for what happened. He should’ve told us that our belt looked like it was about to give out. Definitely the last time I’m using yourmechanic.
