My appointment with Richard was at 2 and he was here right at 2. Richard came to my office, so all I had to do was walk out and hand him my keys to test my breaks. About 30 minutes later, Richard called to tell me that he had come with the wrong break pads and would be back with the correct pads shortly. Roughly an hour later, he called me back to let me know that he was done with the job. I walked out of my office and he gave me some recommendations for what I need to look in to replacing. Richard was incredibly fancy and I will absolutely be using in the future.
