Showed up a few minutes. Got right to work and had the job completed in a timely manner. Going to using him for future work.
Joe did an outstanding job with the repair and was very courteous and informative. I would recommend him for anyone.

I had to get my oil pan replaced. Terrance showed up right on time with all of the tools needed. The job took longer than expected (b/c of the placement of the oil pan), but he stuck it out until the very end and didn't charge me anything more. Very nice guy and I would definitely hire him again.
Terrance was very professional and friendly. He talked to me about my service before he began to make sure he understood exactly what I was expecting. He also explained a couple of other minor issues he saw I need to address. He took care to protect the parking lot where he was working and cleaned up like he was never there.
