James is a problem solver and can figure things out. Great guy and great service.
Very professional.
Damian was not the problem. He was given the wrong parts for the job. He called in for a part locate. He went to get the part to finish and it was incorrect. A 2 hour appointment lasted 4 hours and it is incomplete.
