John showed up on time, a few minutes early to actually. He was friendly, quick and definitely knew what he was doing.
After instilling the brake light switch the car would not get above 40mph. the brake light switch was installed incorrectly and had caused transmission and brake problems resulting in a $1200 repair cost at a local car shop after we tower the vehicle. I am very upset with this as the car www perfectly fine then after we spent $600 on fixing the water pump and replacing the drive belt the car then wouldn't shift out of park. now the brake light was resolved inccorredtly it has caused a massive and expensive problem that I will be escalated wirh your senior leaders on compensation for poor analysis and work done on the vehicle.
