ALLEN WAS VERY QUALIFIED AND QUICKLY REALIZED THAT MY THERMOSTAT WAS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM. HE RE-EVALUATED THE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE AND IS WORKING UP AN ESTIMATE FOR ALL THE REPAIRS AND PARTS NEEDED.
