The problem was not what I had originally said. John was very thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done and gave me a few more suggestions on repairing a few other things in order to keep my care running at it's best.

Fabrice was the 3rd mechanic from Yourmechanic.com to check out my car. He was by far the most knowledgeable one out of the three. If I would have had Fabrice the first time and I would not have needed anyone to come back. I will definitely schedule with Fabrice if I decide to use this service again.

I initially rated John and YourMechanic.Com as excellent. That was until I got in my car this morning to only discover my "Low Coolant" message was on. Something John supposedly filled yesterday. My engine then ran hot as I pulled back into my driveway. I then called YourMechanic.Com to only be on hold for 20 minutes before someone finally answered. They then scheduled John to come back this afternoon only to have him cancel! He now want to come tomorrow. I cannot sit home and wait for when he feels like working. I now have another tech coming this afternoon. Never again, will I use this service.

My vehicle was originally serviced by John Kite. The next day when I drove it, it overheated due to low coolant. Something John had changed during the service, the day before. After being on hold for 20 minutes with Customer Service, I'm told John would be back that afternoon. Shortly thereafter John cancels (surprise, surprise) so Customer Service is now sending Brandon for the repair. The only problem is Brandon claimed he was only there to do an inspection and spent the entire time asking my what John did and did not do. He stated he is always sent out to clean up the other mechanic's mistakes. He then stated there was nothing more he could do and left. He was not prepared at all. He even asked me if I had a flashlight so he could see in the engine Unbelievable! He blamed the entire situation on John and Your.Mechanic.Com's Customer Service. So today a third guy is coming out and we will see how it goes.
