Had a good experience with Joe ... he was on time & did a good job of making sure my Warranty Alternator was fixed properly. He also made sure he tightened a loose wire that was coming apart from the battery to the Alternator which was really thoughtful. Thanks Joe
Overall, Mark was on time & had a pleasant demeanor for the most part, but he brought his wife with him to both appointments. I thought that was a little unprofessional. Also, he didn't test the Battery/Alternator at first. He kept stateing that it was the Starter. I explained what was going on with my car & advised that I thought it was the Alternator. After we spoke about it several times of Mark stating that it was the Starter. Finally he tested the Battery and sure enough it wasn't holding charge. After installation of the Alternator my battery light came on before I could even make it out of my subdivision & I blatenly asked Mark did he run the vehicle to test the Alternator was sufficient. He replied that he Only ran a scan & no codes came up, but that wasn't true bc my battery light came on the first start up after he installed it. Not trying to be mean just felt that he was in a rush to get the job done without properly making sure the Alternator was a success. By testing the vehicle longer to ensure it was coding correctly & still not malfunctioning. Needless to say I had to have another mechanic come out today & come to find out the Alternator was testing as a bad Alternator & my brand new battery isn't holding charge anymore. Therefore, I have to have that one removed & a new one installed tomorrow.
