William is very good. Knows what he is doing. Did a great job. He is very polite and friendly.I recommend him to any one.
Richard is very friendly and appears to know what he is doing. I wish he had a bit more time to determine why my car is now shaking and why it now has a noise coming out of the engine which my car never had before.
