Very good mechanic, nice personality.....did a great job
Dwaine was very professional. He showed up at the appointment time with the correct parts for my truck, and immediately went to work replacing my starter. Within an hour or so the job was complete and my truck is up and running again. I would use this . I am service and Dwaine again. I am very pleased. Plus the job has a warranty.
All the positive reviews written previously were dead on! Jose was polite, courteous, very knowledgeable and obviously well versed in his field but not in an arrogant way, he got the job done efficiently and quickly. He took the time and explained the few other things I should have done (BTW my auto is 14 y/o now with original everything so I know wear and tear repairs are upcoming) but he did so where there were no high pressure sales tactics but explained the importance of the items and what were priorities and a good time frame of when I should get them done. But one thing I liked was for each item he explained neeeded to be addressed, he would follow up with a positive comment about the great condition of something in my car ...ya know the age old rule of thumb for every negative thing you say you should follow up with a positive comment. For example he explained some front end work I needed but noted how great my engine sounded, especially given the age of my car...may sound silly but it was reassuring in a way that "Big Red" is standing strong against the battle of time lol :) I will certainly be using this service again in the future and highly recommend Jose. Thank you so much for your help in keeping my family and I safe!
