He was on time, friendly and fast. It was a stressful situation that he fixed and had a smile on his face the whole time.
The part I requested was replaced (exterior door handle), however, in addition to fixing my requested repair another part was broken. Instead of acknowledging the error and fixing the problem, I was upsold the mechanics personal services (off the books). I feel like my window regulator was broken on purpose, just to have a reason to come back to repair and request more money.
