Jean arrived on time and able to replace the compressor in few hours. My AC started working great now. I will use this service in the near future.
He worked and discovered the problem with a relay. The problem was not readily apparent since the relay did work but was causing a voltage drop and did not supply 12 volts to the sensors.
Joe is very attentive to detail and found an issue with parts that I do not need. He called me before the appointment and got it squared away. He also recommended additional required services that need to be scheduled at the right intervals. I would definitely recommend and use him for future service.
Christopher was hired to do a pre-check on a car I was considering buying in another city. He showed up at the dealership exactly on time. His examination and recommendations were quite thorough and I respect his opinion. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again, if I were in the area, and would recommend him to my friends.
