I think I've finally found a mechanic I can trust. And that's not an easy thing these days! I've had Clifton do repairs on two of our cars and each time he was punctual, professional, and exhibited a high level of integrity. He patiently answered all my questions before replacing my alternator, serpentine belt, and drive belt tensioner on my Acura TL. He also clarified and took the time to open up and show me something I was confused about. Typical dealer service reps often give you the feeling they are only half-listening to you, and are more interested in using their computer push extra repair work on you. With Clifton, you really sense he is listening intently, and always provides clear, accurate and honest information on precisely what you are concerned about. He's a keeper!
