Even though I had misdiagnosed the problem and did not have the required part or equipment, Jay was tremendously helpful. He showed me what the problem was in exact detail, so that I have full confidence in buying the parts and going to a shop with a lift. He even fixed another unrelated problem. I will use him for another job coming up, and would fully recommend him.
