AL was prompt, polite, and very good at his job. When he showed up to work on my car and introduced himself, he gave my the feeling he was totally trustworthy which proved to be well founded . The work was done timely, and efficiently. When I asked, AL took the time to explain how the cooling system worked and the function of each part. The are was left cleaner than before the job started. Overall, a very good experience.
