Friendly and fast.
My apt. was for 1:30pm. He contacted me at 10:30 am and said he was 40 min away and wanted to know if it was ok to come over earlier. I said ok and everything was done by 1pm. Super nice guy. I will definitely use him again for future work and recommend him to my friends.
