Allen arrived on time, was very personable, explained the process and the company warranty. Then he proceeded to Change my water pump and timing belt in a very timely and professional manner. I had two estimates, one from a Nissan dealer and the other from a local shop and both were approx $600 more than 'Your Mechanic" I was skeptical at first but Allen's work and friendly manner as well as explaining and answering my questions put my mind at ease. What else can i say except that I spent 14 yrs in the selling and managing in car dealerships and know a little more about cars than the average person--and I'm thrilled.--Jim Brady
