Joel did a great job once again. This is the third time he's serviced my 2000 Toyota Sienna with over 350,000 miles on it. He's very conscientious and goes above and beyond, even with a difficult, high mileage car like mine. I highly recommend Joel and will definitely use him again.
Joel is great. Arrived right on time, did an excellent job (tune-up), talked to me about a couple of other issues, showed me exactly where and what the issues were, and we set-up next steps to take care of them. Being that the car has over 380k miles, the issues were to be expected, but he found them when the chain car repair place missed them on some previous work. Great personality, easy to work with. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
