Q: won't even attempt to start. All the dash lights are on but there is no sound when the key is turned. Steering wheel wont lock.
The van makes no attempt to start. The key turns and all the lights come on as normal but when the key is turnes nothing happens. The steering wheel does not appear to be locked either I've tried turning it to get it to lock but am having little luck. I have charged the battery hoping that maybe it just doesn't have enough kick to start the ignition process but it didn't do anything either
