Q: Whistle noise right before next gear

There is a light whistle noise (not a whine noise) only when accelerating as it shifts to the next gear, it is under the hood, drivers side, its not underneath like wheels or the body. Only have had this vehicle for a few weeks, all is fine with sound and feel in shifting etc. i did make a video and you can hear 3 times (which is the number of times you hear the whistle anyway), but not sure how or if i can upload it here, thanks
