While driving, the oil coolant hose busted and drained all oil. As I pulled over, steering and brakes locked up amd truck shut off. Had it towed to my house. Replaced hose, oil filter and put new oil. After I tried to start my truck and it won't start. Is my engine blown? Any suggestions why it won't start?

My car has 180000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
