Q: When you have a leak in your pressure hose for your power steering do you have to change both hoses or just the one that is leakin

I took my truck into the shop and they changed both pressure hoses on my power steering did they have to change both or just the one that was leaking? I fell that 750 dollars to fix the issue is pretty high
