When replacing all radiator hoses should I replace water pump tube FOTZ-8555-C on a 2006 4.0 V6 Mustang?

My car has 890042 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

If the part you are referring to is metal then no. Metal parts do not deteriorate like rubber does therefore it should not need replacement unless it is cracked or broken.
