Q: When i start my truck it wont start up right away

asked by on

Engine makes noise then starts and drives fine once started. What pats do i need to fix it

My car has 170000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

This can be caused by many things. Without further detail as to the kind of sound and where specifically it is coming from this may be tough to diagnose without physically inspecting the truck and possibly test driving it for further diagnostics. I would recommend having an expert from YourMechanic come to your home to diagnose the issue.
