Q: When I press on the breaks there is this pulse that runs through the car and i notice the tachometer go up.

I just got my 2004 mercedes slk 230 car and I noticed lately that when I press in the break the car randomly jumps and I have seen the tachometer go up. Is it a warped rotor?
