Q: Whats wrong with it how can i fix it

When i was driving my car my car started to go slow when i would press on the break. The car stops and i try turning it on it only clicks once. I look under my car and see that my drain plug bolt wasn't there. I remove the oil dipstick and smoke comes out i just need to know what's wrong with it and how can i fix it
