Q: what would u say is wrong if eveytime i park for a while when i get back to the car there is a puddle of water under the car

Everytime i park the car it would have a puddle under it once i return.I have to keep putting water into the radiator or the car will surely overheat.Once it jut completely dhut off on me on the bridge.Let it cool down for a minute refilled it with water the radiator and was on my way.

My car has 200000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
