Q: Q: What is this part

1991 Honda accord. Grey plastic box. Some sort of relay inside grounded to the chassis and it is completely melted. There's is 5 small black wires that connect to it. 4 with grey lines 1 with orange. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uiKBtwONcB4
My car has a manual transmission.

I have went through all the wire diagrams for this vehicle and cannot find any of those color wires in any connector. You may have to trace the wiring to see what they go to or what is not working in the car.
