What features are customizable?

Like many other cars today with advanced electronic systems, your car can be customized in a number of ways. However, this customization cannot be done “at home” and will require a professional. Here’s a quick look at what can be changed with your system:

  • Set the smart key flashers and buzzers to on or off.

  • Turn the wireless remote functionality on or off.

  • Change from two-step unlocking to one-step unlocking with the remote.

  • Change automatic door locking and unlocking to on or off.

  • Set the timer for auto door locking to 120, 60 or 30 seconds.

  • Turn the door lock buzzer on or off (enabled or disabled).

  • Change from two-step to one-step door unlocking with the mechanical key.

  • Change daytime running lights to enabled or disabled.

  • Change how the illuminated entry and exit systems operate (smart key systems only).

Tip

Changing any of the features listed above requires a professional.
