What does the Door Open message mean?

The Door Open message will appear on your driver information center (DIC) when one of your doors is not properly closed. When the car is in P (Park), a symbol will appear to show you which door is still open. If the car is shifted out of P and the door is still open, the Door Open alert will come on.
