What do I do if my moon roof is unresponsive?

If your moon roof is unresponsive, you can initialize the operating system to get it working again. To do so, follow these steps: 1. If the moon roof is open, push the Power Moonroof button towards the close position repeatedly, until the moon roof closes. If the moon roof is already closed, skip to step 2. 2. Push the Power Moonroof button towards the close position again, but this time hold it. The moon roof will eventually tilt open, but keep holding the button. The moon roof will then move up slightly, and move back down, at which point you can release the button. 3. Push the Power Moonroof button towards the open position until the moon roof tilts back to the normal position. The moon roof should now operate properly. If not, have your system inspected. Tips The power moon roof will work for 45 seconds after turning the vehicle off, unless you open a door first.
