Q: What causes speed reduction when driving down the road.
I was behind a semi at a red light. My vehicle wouldn't pull off, I turned off the engine and restarted it, and it pulled off. Going down the road the vehicle dropped speed I pulled over . Turned off the engine waited a few seconds and restarted it and it pulled off again. The engine isn't cutting off and the transmission is shifting fine. What could be wrong with it.
