Q: What caused my car to not start if battery if good

I had my car on playing the stero., tried after 15 minutes or so tried ignition the car wouldn't start., thought it was the battery. Battery is good so please advise on what it may be please?

My car has 147000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.
