Q: We replaced my 02 sensor and the check engine light is still on, why is this? My car is a '09 jeep grand cherokee laredo.

asked by on August 18, 2017

My check engine light came on. It was the o2 sensor. We had them do the code to see which one it was. We replaced it and now my check engine light will not go off. How can we fix this? Could it be a bad part we ordered? If so i can return it.

My car has 118819 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
