Q: Water leaking from sunroof

I have a leak in my sunroof Everytime it rain my truck want start also my a/c blower comes on an want turn off only when it rains the rubber piece on driver's door is off so have water come in on drivers side an it only does this when it rains I disconnected blower fan from underneath passenger side I gotten it jumped off but it want crank everything on inside coming on but want start what does this sound like
