Q: Very loud and annoying squeaking

asked by on March 06, 2017

Hello our 02 Isuzu rodeo. Squeaks when ax is turned on or turning steering wheel from left to right or right to left. Thought a bad serpentine belt, changed it. No luck. Changed ideler pulley. No luck. Thought for sure it was the a/c clutch. Took it to a/c repair shop. He said could be a bad clutch , that could be rebuilt and not have to replace entire system. After a new a/c compressor, expansion valve , and dryer it still made the same squeaking. So replaced the ideler pulley again, and the tensioner pulley. It still made the same squeaking sound. So they said it was the timing chain, so it too was changed as well as the water pump. And STILL it made the same squeaking sound. HELP US PLEASE. Thanks
