Q: usb port issues

asked by on

My phone will not connect through the usb port nor do the cigarette lighters work.

My car has 26750 miles.

This is an electrical supply issue. I would start by testing for power to the supply outlets (both USB port and cigarette lighter). I would suggest having an expert from YourMechanic come to your home to diagnose this electrical issue and make repairs.
