Q: usb port issues

My phone will not connect through the usb port nor do the cigarette lighters work.

My car has 26750 miles.

This is an electrical supply issue. I would start by testing for power to the supply outlets (both USB port and cigarette lighter). I would suggest having an expert from YourMechanic come to your home to diagnose this electrical issue and make repairs.
