Q: Unsigned Title
Hello.i bought a vehicle yesterday and the title was not signed over to me but given to me. It looks as though it was not registered ever in the sellers name. Will I be able to register in the state of Missouri as long as I the pay the sales tax for both his sale and mine once his signature is on the title?
